Individual Psychotherapy

I offer psychotherapy for intellectually curious professionals, leaders, academics, entrepreneurs, creatives, and people seeking a deeper understanding of themselves beyond diagnosis and symptom management. It is a depth-oriented practice integrating Buddhist psychology, existential thought, culture, and contemporary psychological science. I see therapy not as diagnosis or correction, but as a collaborative space for understanding that honours the personal, cultural, and political complexity of human experience.

I work with individuals who feel alienated by mainstream frameworks or are exploring identity, purpose, and belonging. Together, these commitments create a thoughtful, ethical space where your experience is taken seriously and new possibilities can emerge.

Reading Salons

An invitation to think more deeply about mind, self, and suffering

Designed as a small and intellectually stimulating community, the circles combine serious ideas with open conversation and personal reflection. It is ideal for professionals, leaders, academics, entrepreneurs, creatives, and lifelong learners who enjoy engaging with important questions in a thoughtful and rigorous way. I draw upon my experience as a scholar and a professor who has taught PhD courses in the US and India in Buddhist psychology, Consciousness studies, Personality, Cultural psychology, and Critical thinking to ensure that these circles are intellectually stimulating and rigorous, while maintaining an approach that makes these wisdom traditions accessible to all people.

Participation is limited to ensure meaningful discussion and genuine exchange.

Buddhist Psychology for Modern Life: These small, discussion-based reading circles offer an intellectually rigorous exploration of Buddhist philosophy and psychology and their relevance to contemporary life. Drawing on classical texts as well as modern scholarship, participants engage with questions of suffering, selfhood, attachment, awareness, compassion, meaning, and human flourishing.

Designed for thoughtful individuals seeking depth rather than self-help, these circles combine close reading, critical reflection, and dialogue in a stimulating and supportive environment. No prior knowledge of Buddhism is required—only curiosity, openness, and a willingness to engage deeply with ideas that have shaped understandings of the mind for over two millennia.

Fall Reading Salon begins Aug 15. Contact us to apply.

Psychology and Wisdom Reading Circle: The Psychology and Wisdom Reading Circle is for thoughtful individuals who want to explore life's deeper questions in the company of others who value reflection, dialogue, and intellectual inquiry. Through carefully chosen readings and guided discussions, we examine themes such as consciousness, meaning, identity, relationships, purpose, suffering, freedom, and what it means to live well.

Drawing from psychology, philosophy, and wisdom traditions, the circle explores ideas that help us better understand ourselves and the lives we lead. Rather than focusing on mental health symptoms or self-improvement techniques, we engage with larger questions: How do we create meaning in our lives? What does it mean to be fully human? How do we face uncertainty, loss, grief, and change? What contributes to a life of depth, integrity, and fulfilment?

Meditation Circles

Meditation can be many things: a way of finding stillness, a practice of self-understanding, a path of inquiry, or simply an opportunity to pause and pay attention in a world that rarely allows us to do so. These circles offer a space to explore meditation as a living practice rather than a set of techniques or prescriptions.

Each gathering combines conversation and guided practice. Together, we will explore different approaches to meditation drawn from contemplative, psychological, and wisdom traditions, while also making room for participants' questions, experiences, and reflections. Some sessions may focus on mindfulness and awareness, others on compassion, embodiment, contemplation, silence, or inquiry.

No prior experience is necessary. Whether you are curious about meditation, looking to establish a practice, or seeking a deeper understanding of consciousness and inner life, these circles invite you into a shared exploration of what it means to be present, attentive and fully human.

Participation is limited to ensure meaningful discussion and genuine exchange.

Fall Meditation Circles begin Sep 1. Contact us to apply.

Executive Leadership Dialogues and Reflection

The most consequential leadership challenges cannot be solved through management frameworks alone. Questions of uncertainty, resilience, organizational culture, human motivation, meaning, conflict, trust and collective wellbeing require a deeper understanding of human nature and the systems in which we live and work.

These engagements are not conventional corporate trainings or leadership workshops. They are curated learning experiences, keynote conversations and facilitated dialogues designed for CEOs, founders, executive teams and senior decision-makers seeking deeper perspectives on leadership and organizational life.

Drawing on my work as a psychologist, educator, international speaker and thought leader in mental health, human flourishing and contemplative practice, I bring together insights from psychology, philosophy, leadership studies, community-building and wisdom traditions. My work has engaged audiences across academic, professional and public settings internationally, creating spaces where complex human questions can be explored with both intellectual rigor and practical relevance.

Topics may include resilience beyond burnout, leading through uncertainty, cultivating cultures of trust and belonging, sustaining purpose in demanding environments, reflective decision-making, the psychology of suffering and growth, and the role of community in human flourishing. These conversations are designed not simply to improve performance, but to help leaders think more deeply, act more wisely and cultivate organizations that are both effective and profoundly human.

Available as keynote addresses, executive retreats, leadership forums and bespoke engagements for organizations and institutions. Contact us for bookings.
